Butters - Adopted!

Butters is off for his next adventure!  We are so happy for this gorgeous little lion cub. His new mom is a Pom expert and a dog lover like us. It was an honor to be part of his journey home. He is where he belongs now. He is loved.

This is the most entertaining little teddy bear of a creature that you will ever meet. Butters is a young adult 5-pound Pomeranian who came from a backyard breeding situation, so he’s still getting accustomed to being handled by people.  He loves people, though, and loves to play with other dogs. That being said, he should be the king of his castle (by that, we mean, we feel he would be best as the only dog in the home). He’s learning that life can be full of love, joy and adventure and that’s exactly what we want for him. 

Butters deserves the world. His personality is as sweet as his looks are stunning. Those “looks” include lion and teddy bear. We love him no matter the haircut. He will need some time and patience to come out of his shell, but he’s trying so hard and he follows us everywhere. He loves doing barnyard chores, he loves rides in the truck, and he loves to play with the puppies in the shelter. He wants to be the center of someone’s world, and we are here to find that for him.
