This precious 10-ish-year-old girl is coming back to us after 6 months, so we are looking for a serious, committed home. She loves all humans, loves car rides, and she greets other dogs with a wagging tail. Along with having only two teeth (after we did an extensive dental to remove her lifetime of neglect), Luna has zero aggression towards anyone. She even cohabitates well with a cat! 

She sleeps well in an open crate, she hardly barks, and is very calm and well-behaved in the car.   Perhaps because of her age, she has a little bit of separation anxiety. We don't know how many homes she's had; this could also be a factor. We are searching for a person who can be with her most of the time during her senior years. She deserves to feel safe, secure, loved, and treasured, especially at this point in her little life. 

Luna is 15 pounds of loving devotion. She's also food-motivated, which is a great thing in our world. This means she'll be easy to medicate and train. She's 95% housebroken when her humans are paying attention to her needs. 

Finally, we must be shallow for a moment because she is a stunning little creature. She can be groomed to look like a pom pom or left shaggy to look like a muppet. Either way, she's gorgeous and worthy of your love.
