Sunny
Sunny
This resilient little one came to us with a hernia the size of a softball, severe dental disease and a urinary tract infection. Not surprisingly, Sunny was also emaciated. We got to work feeding her and clearing up the infections in her mouth and urinary tract to prep her for surgery number one: removal of the hernia. After a smooth recovery, we booked her for the dental surgery. This girl has a 4/6 heart murmur but she handled both surgeries like a champ and is filling out nicely. We think she’s between 8-10 years and she has lots of life to live still!
Sunny is the snuggliest sweetheart you’ll ever meet and she wants to be with her people 24/7. She doesn’t have separation anxiety but will follow her people all day long. She’s a bit underfoot so her family will need to be aware and surefooted.
Sunny is housebroken but is prone to UTIs so her new home will have to keep an eye on her peeing frequency. We cannot say enough great things about this wonderful, kind, sweet, snuggly, beautiful little trooper. She’s only 9 pounds but she will fill your home with love.
