Sally - Adopted! Sally (the sweetest dog this author has ever met) has her dream home with a mother and sun and two other dogs. She has a lap to sit on as often as she likes , and a loving family! We’re so happy for Sally. * * * She is a love monkey. Sally is the teeniest sweetest little muffin you will ever meet. She’s a bit love starved and food starved but we’re working on both. This little angel was in a scary shelter until we snatched her up. She’s barely 5 pounds and barely a year old. She loves everyone and everything. She’s athletic and cute and we’ve never heard her bark. She needs a warm home with a lot of love. No small kids, cats are probably fine, she loves other dogs and all humans. We love her and you will too. If you would like to adopt Sally, please first review our " Before You Adopt " page and then complete the Adoption Application which can be found here .

Lil Red - Adopted! And he has a new name! "Slim" is living his very best life with the extended family of our founder! He’s now a Camarican, a dual citizen of the US and Canada. He will experience snow for the first time this winter but he has the clothing and the cuddles to keep him warm. His adorable new human and K9 pack loves him limitlessly. We are so thrilled for this very special little dog. * * * He is full of spunk to say the least. We will get a better idea of Lil Red's disposition after he gets neutered. He is super loving (a little too much with the ladies atm) and entertaining. We’re already obsessed with him because of his massive personality and athletic abilities. He wants to be with the humans all the time and loves to explore. This guy will absolutely steal your heart. He’s about 3 years old and is 10 pounds of bananas and fun.

Sonoma County’s newest nonprofit animal rescue – is thrilled to throw open its doors and hearts to welcome its first rescued dogs.

As with most rescue-type organizations, we depend on our supporters for many things, and foster homes for our Little Troopers is one particular need that will truly save lives. If you can spare some space, some love and some time, please consider helping us save more lives by providing a foster home. Contact us if you have any questions.
