Carmela - Adopted!

Another amazing miracle at LTR. Carmela has found the home of her dreams and they have found their adorable new family member. Thank you foster mom Nancy Hair for aligning the stars for this perfect adoption.

This adorable little sweetheart came to us from our friends at Fresno Humane.  Carmela was picked up as a stray; she’s only 8 pounds and is less than 2 years old - but her personality is massive. She loves everyone and everything. The world is an adventure for this fox look-a-like.

Carmela had never seen stairs or the inside of a home as far as we can tell, but it only takes a minute for this girl to navigate new situations. Her bark is as big as her personality but luckily she doesn’t use it much. She cries for a few minutes when the humans leave the shelter but it’s really just 3 or 4 minutes. Carmela has a cherry eye and an umbilical hernia which we will fix when we spay her and then she will be absolute perfection.
